I've changed how we will use the chest. Everything in chest #2 is free but will need an Officer to remove the items. Please follow the images here of what you can donate to other FC members and where to put them. At least 1 item of each type will be kept in the chest as a place holder. Shards, crystals, and clusters are still free to take by anyone.
